Sooo Toby has a weakness for children/teens who have Seen Too Much (and has killed almost-gods to protect her nieces/nephews and other kids) annnnd uh Horatio would be just a bit younger than the daughter she's estranged from etc etc so YEAH if you want him to have a grumpy-but-protective pseudo Mom for your boy, Toby's available.

The hilarious thing TOBY is really bad about working herself to the bone (...almost literally sometimes) to avoid her Issues BUT she will keep her loved ones from doing the same.

He definitely gives off the Vibe of being too tired for being his age, so she should feel free to sweep in carefully and hen him basically whenever.
