Sasuke's farm is basically an overgrown forest. The place is filled with trees with no real attempt to cultivate the land. The cabin there looks as abandoned as the rest of the land, but inside is actually kept quite nicely. Despite not having anything in the ground, there are a number of crows and wild animals that wander the plot.

Sasuke's actually hanging out on Kojuro's farm most of the time.
