CANON: Undertale CHARACTER: Chara BASIC INFORMATION: CHARA... is coming from the narrator theory, as a character who will gradually begin to possess Frisk as time goes on and they continue to kill, or remain hands off as long as they stay their pure, good self. Chara's met several iterations of Frisk at this point, and through seeing several good pacifist endings and several bad endings, is still in the middle of wondering if humanity is really worth SAVING.
